Find a time a group can actually meet. You enter a meeting length and the blocks you’re free — “30 minutes; open 10 to 11 and 1:30 to 6” — and it fills them with options. Everyone you invite opens one link, ticks what works without making an account, and sees which times are pulling ahead. Settle on one and both sides get a calendar invitation, with a video link if you want one.

Work out who owes what after a trip, a dinner or a weekend away. Whoever is organising adds each bill as it happens and marks who was in on it; everyone else opens a link and sees a single number — what they owe and to whom. It settles the whole group in the fewest payments that clear it, and records them as they are made.

Decide where a group is going. Everyone adds the bars or restaurants they have in mind and says what matters to them — a price ceiling, a cuisine, a patio, somewhere near a particular person — and every option is scored against all of it at once. The ranking moves as people weigh in, and it closes itself when the last person is done.

Training is where it starts: it builds workouts from the equipment you actually have — home, a hotel room, a real gym — runs a progression cycle if you want one, and takes a log one-handed between sets. Whatever else you are willing to share sits next to it: blood work, blood pressure, medications, weight. One place that knows enough about you to say what is actually working, and what only looks like it is.

Every entity you have a stake in owes something to someone who will not remind you. This keeps them all — LLCs, corporations, professional corporations, partnerships, whether you own one outright or hold a share of it — with their registration, members, registered agent and filed documents in one place. Then it watches the calendar: annual reports, franchise tax, statements of information, and anything else with a penalty attached to the date. It does not file for you. It tells you what is due, hands over the form, and records what came back.

A complete patient care portal for a practice — charting, payments, scheduling and everything around a visit in one place. Patients book themselves, complete intake forms before arriving, and join by video; ambient AI drafts the note from the conversation for the provider to review and sign.
