Answers

Ask the documents you’d never paste into a chatbot. Upload your trusts, operating agreements and tax returns once, and get a picture of who owns what, plain-English answers that name their source, and a list of what doesn’t add up. Deployed privately, inside your own cloud account, so the documents never leave it.

Upload the paperwork, get the picture

Drop in a folder of trust documents, operating agreements and amendments. Answers reads them once, works out who everyone is and what part they play, and draws who owns what.

  • Grantors, trustees, members and managers, from the documents themselves
  • Pick a company to see who owns it, and what it owns in turn
  • Read once and kept, so every question after that is quick

Plain-English answers that name their source

Ask the question you’d otherwise dig through a binder for. Who takes over as trustee? What did the 2022 assignment change? The answer names the documents it drew on, so you can check it.

  • Each answer names the documents it drew on
  • Pick the model, and quick or thorough, question by question
  • A deep dive reads the full documents when the summary isn’t enough

It tells you what doesn’t add up

Documents written years apart disagree. Answers checks every company’s ownership and flags the gaps: members who come to 95%, a share nobody stated, a company that ends up owning itself. For a flagged company it suggests how the documents reconcile, and says what is still unresolved.

  • Ownership that doesn’t reach 100%, flagged on the company’s card
  • A suggested reconciliation, naming the document that controls
  • Possible duplicates suggested, never merged until you confirm

Every year’s returns, in plain English

Returns, K-1s and the partnership returns behind them, year after year. See each year at a glance, or ask what changed since last year, and why.

  • Each year’s returns, filer by filer, with the totals that matter
  • K-1s traced from the company that issued them to the person or trust that received them
  • Teach it your shorthand: which name is which, and which document wins

Inside your own cloud account, under your own key

Answers runs on Amazon Bedrock inside one cloud account: yours, or one we run for you. Documents are encrypted with that account’s own key, and the administrator’s sign-in is denied it. Nothing you upload is used to train a model.

  • Owners manage the documents; the people they add can ask, but not change them
  • Every upload, rebuild and correction logged, with who made it
  • A monthly spending ceiling, with a hard stop
