Every app signs in through one page at auth.dfive.us. Only invited addresses can sign in: Google if the address is Gmail or Google Workspace, an emailed code or a passkey for any other. If you bought Health on the App Store and your address is not invited yet, email us from it and we will set the account up.
The sign-in page asks for your address as a "username". That is the same thing; type the address.
Settings → Apple Health in the app turns syncing on. The first time, iOS asks which data this app may read and write; you can change that later in the Health app under Sharing → Apps. Workouts your watch recorded come in by themselves; a run becomes a workout of its own, a strength session joins the class you logged that day, and the same activity recorded by two watches joins rather than doubles. Workouts you typed go out to the Health app with the duration you gave them.
If nothing is coming in: open the Health app, Sharing → Apps → Dfive Health, and check that reading workouts is allowed. Then Sync now in the app.
Pro is bought through the App Store and renews there. Change or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions; we cannot do that for you, and Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have paid and the app still says you are not on Pro, open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases, then email us if it still does not take.
Health exports your blood work and your blood pressure log as a PDF from Vitals, and your whole account from Settings. To delete your account and everything in it, Settings → Delete account; it happens at once. The privacy page says what we keep and who can see it, and the health data notice what Health collects and why.
Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, with a screenshot if there is one. If a reading or a workout was recorded wrongly, say which and what it should be; we can repair a record, and we tell you exactly what we changed.
